So the other day I was whining about being a
shortsighted fool about my new bedroom curtains.
I think it's all better now. Homegoods had 4 that are similar to the ones I loved, and I think the white of the curtains with hints of grey is nice and light in the room, and doesn't weigh the windows down as much as the predominantly grey ones did.
I'm not sure which I like better - hanging straight down (on the left) or swagged (on the right)... opinions? Obviously, I would get nicer tie-back material than the makeshift blind pull I'm using now to keep the cat from destroying them to get a good view.
